'Springfield Mind’ is a registered charity based in South Warwickshire. We are affiliated to Mind and are financed by grants from statutory authorities, donations and on-going fundraising. Springfield was established in 1983 and continues to develop its services.
Our membership is composed of people living in Stratford District who are experiencing or recovering from long term and enduring mental health problems.
Felix Dennis is the chairman of Dennis Publishing, one of Britain's best-loved poets and the founder of Maxim, one of the most successful new magazines of the last decade. His privately owned company publishes The Week, Auto Express, Stuff, Computer Shopper, and Evo, among many other magazines. He has written several volumes of poetry that have been performed live onstage by the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Our Purpose
Springfield Mind is an established charity affiliated to Mind. We adhere to Mind’s philosophy that people with mental health issues have a right to acceptance and dignity. We work for a better life for everyone experiencing mental distress. Springfield Mind exists to support and empower mentally distress people in achieving these ends.

Organisational Structure
Springfield Mind is a company limited by guarantee and is managed by a Board of voluntary Trustees. It is a non-profit making organisation. The Chief Executive is accountable to the Board of Trustees for the running of the organisation. The Projects Manager reports to the Chief Executive and is responsible for the day to day running of projects managed by Springfield Mind.
